6. Since good are dispatched directly from factory please enclose the reason for return in a letter or a small note format so that our team can understand your query and do the needful .

Shipping :

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
